PowerPoint 2003 and older versions

L

Luis R.

In my company, we work with PowerPoint 2000, XP and 2003. Sometimes, when
we try to open a presentation in 2003 that was made in 2000, there's no way
to open it, or, if we can, some images and graphics are missing from the
presentation. Maybe somebody here has any tip that can be helpful for us.

Thanks a lot for your help.

Luis,
The first thing to check is that you have Office's SP1 installed. You can
find out by going to Help--> Check for Updates and following the links on
Office Online.
