powerpoint 2003 hangs when printing

Powerpoint 2003 on an XP machine hangs when printing 59 pages worth of slides
off a network printer. It only hangs with a specific user. When other users
login to the same computer and print the same document, everything is fine.
Also, when the specific user prints only 20 pages or less he is ok. The
printer server is on a novell 4.11 server. This user has been printing fine
until now. Any suggestions, tips will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Try turning off Background Printing (Tools > Options > Print). You might also
check the printer settings to see if there are any that are particularly heavy
resource users. You might also experiment to find out if there is a slide after
slide 20 that it freezes on.
