PowerPoint 2003 navigation

I would like to add a slide naviator to my presentation (similar to right
clicking and jumping to a slide). I am using the PPT as a CBT with auto
advance slide disabled and hyperlinked Next, Back, etc buttons at the bottom.
I would like to have one button that is a "Menu". When clicked it would
bring up a slide navigator where the student could jump to a particular
slide. Can this be done without the use of Macros or VBS?

I believe that the only way that it can be done without macros is to create
a slide with all the links so when user click on the menu button, it takes
them to this slide.

Thanks all.

Unfortunately the presentation/CBT may contain up to 70 slides. I might
have to break down and learn some VBS.
