Powerpoint 2003 - Online Broadcast functionality

Can someone explain how I can get the Powerpoint 2003 "Online Broadcast" function to work. I have downloaded the Add-in required, but I continue to get a codecs error message. I've downloaded the latest codecs for Windows Media Player 9, but still can't get it to work. Any ideas of what I'm doing wrong.. or at least the proper steps to create an Online Broadcase using Powerpoint 2003?
