I'm trying to record a presentation for broadcast.
During 'test' both audio and video preview just fine. But when I attempt to
record, it gives an error message "PowerPoint could not connect to the
Windows Media Encoder." Clicking on 'details' button shows, "The requested
vidoe codec is not installed on this system."
However, separately windows encoder works just fine with both video and
audio recording. I have also updated video codecs from microsoft download.
Does anyone know how to solve this? Many thanks in advance
