Pack and Go is not included in PowerPoint 2003. Instead there is a new and far
better feature called "Package for CD". If you don't see it on the File menu,
it means that a custom install was done. You'll need to run Setup.exe from your
Office 2003 CD and select Package for CD to run from your computer. If you need
