Powerpoint 2003 upgrade

Can I use "Powepoint 2003 upgade" to upgrade my powerpoint 2000 or would need
to get powerpoint XP first? Thanks

Yes, PowerPoint 2000 is a qualified prduct for the Powerpoint 2003 upgrade
version.
