I just recently bought the powerpoint 2003 upgrade for my computer. I get
through installation process, enter in my product code. and then it says I
don't have an office product on my computer and asks for me to enter a CD
into the CD Rom drive. I have microsoft office basic which came with my
computer. when I take the powerpoint cd out and put the office basic cd in,
then select which drive to search for office in, (D-drive), it starts looking
but it then the program stalls and I get the not responding message. I've
tried repeting the process several times and the same problem re-occurs.
