Powerpoint 2003 vs. 97

What are the advantages and improved features of Powerpoint 2003 over the '97
version? My office has very outdated software, and I'm trying to make a
case to upgrade to at least Powerpoint 2003.

There's a vast improvement in many areas.

the biggest change is the 'custom animations'. You can now animate an object
both to the slide and OFF the slide.

You can move an object from A to B

2003 is very much like the 2002 (aka xp) version.
