Powerpoint 2003

I have small business 2002, I know it does not come with power point so I
bought powerpoint 2003. When i try to install it(pp2003) i get the following
message.
Cannot launch c:\windows\system32\msiexec.exe

Any ideas. I ahve run all the spyware stuff but no luck>
