I can't use for instance felt pen or bollponint pen. When I click felt pen
it doesn't activate. It is still arrow. What can I do

These only work if you installed "handwriting features" when you installed
office. Maybe you did a custom install and missed them out?

You should be able to see "handwriting recognition" with your keyboards if
you go to control panel > regional & Language options >languages > details

Re-insert your installation disk and install the handwriting tools. These
are not only for Tablet PCs, but also to activate the pen during the
presentation.
