Regardless of whether you want PowerPoint or Access or another of the
Office programs, the Help files can give you a good (and very cheap,
assuming you've paid for the software) overview of what the program can
do. If the Help turns out not to be quite detailed enough, then you can
look at introductory textbooks that might give you what you need.
