PowerPoint 2007 shortcut notes page

I frequently switch between normal view and notes page view. Is there a
shortcut key that I can use to go to normal view from notes page view and
then a shortcut key so I can go from normal view to notes page view?

If there isn't a shortcut key, is there anyway to toggle between these two
views? I can't seem to find out how to do this anywhere.

Hi Beth

There are 3 little buttons in the bottom right hand corner that take you to
Normal, Slide Sorter & Slide Show (from current slide) views (or Slide
Master view, Handout Master view & Set Up Show dialogue if you hold shift
while clicking). So that's a quick way to get to Normal view. As for Notes
View, you will need to add the button to your QAT:
1. Right click the Quick Access Toolbar
2. Select 'Customise QAT'
3. In the 'Choose commands from' drop down, select 'View Tab'
4. Select 'Notes Page View' & click 'Add'
5. Move it up the list if you want
6. Click 'OK'

Once the button is on the QAT, you can use Alt then the number displayed by
that button as a keyboard shortcut. You may want to add the Normal View
button to the QAT too and move them both up the list enough so that you only
need a single number to activate them rather than 2 numbers.
