When I create SmartArt graphics, only the horizontal grahics handles work.
In order to resize I have to use resize. The corner or bottom handles (size)
zip back to the where they were the first time I created the shape.
Setting the autoshape option or selecting the Lock aspect ratio box does not
seem to help.
Any suggestions?
