Powerpoint 2008 Lag

Do you guys find the new Powerpoint to be really slow to respond to keystrokes, and to mouse clicks?

Got any remedies?

I have also found it to be slow and am looking for a solution. I have tried
only running PPT after a fresh restart. I have a Late 07 Macbook with 2gigs
ram. It seems to be slower the more actions you have on a slide, because if I
have only one fly in its faster, but still the lag.
