PowerPoint 2010 won't open

I'm checking out Office 2010 on two computers, on running Vista, the other
Windows 7. Everything works fine on both machines, except PowerPoint will
not open on the Windows 7 computer. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling
Office 2010, but PowerPoint still will not open. Any suggestions for fixing
this?

was working good about a month ago. Theres a small box on bottom of screen with a P can see program ready to go
some programs run but will not go to full screen. When click on program box comes up " Do you want the following program to make changes to your computer"?
click yes and nothing happens HELP!
