PowerPoint 95

I tried to install my old version of PP95 on my Windows XP desktop computer.
Install fails every time with a "not running" result. Is there somehow I can
workaround to get this to install?

There's no guarantee you *can* get it to work. The operating system that it
was written for was a lot different than XP.

Hi, Richard,

I would try using the compatibility mode of Windows to run the installation
program with Windows 95 / 98 compatibility.

Also, keep in mind that OEM software--if it was pre-installed on an older
system--may not run legally or functionally on a new system.

If that doesn't help, can you post the exact error message?
