Powerpoint and Web Pages

After I develop a presentation, how do I get it to my web page or blog. I
know I can cut and paste then use a hyperlink but then the visitor has click
F5. I would like to know how my customer can click on a link in my web site
or blog and land on the first page of the presentation without clicking F5.
