How can I save a WMM file in Powerpoint, when it will not
accept this Microsoft format? How do I convert to a .AVI
file from WMM file? Does any know?

Do you mean Windows Movie Maker? Is it a WMV file? Was the file created on
the same system where you are trying to insert it? What version of Windows
Media Player is installed?
