I hit this same glitch on my recently deceased computer and found the
solution in this newsgroup, but can't find the instructions again. Every
time I open Win2003, I get an error message saying Microsoft Office Power
Point has encountered a problem and needs to close. There's an option to
report to Microsoft. Next comes an option to start PP in safe mode. I have
NO IDEA why PP is even trying to start. Can you lead me back to the article
that told me how to correct this and make PowerPoint go away and behave?
