I am using Powerpoint 2003 SP1. I have a powerpoint slide that has
numbers displayed and am looking for a way to automate the display of
both the number and percetage within the same label of the chart. Note
that I have to use powerpoint charting and linking an excel shart is
not an option. Since i didn't find an convenient way to accomplish the
above (except for editing them individually and adding %s which breakes
the link with the datasheet) i decided to paste a link from excel for
the numbers in the datasheet and then paste the link for each
individual percentage and then align it with the graph numbers.
Things that i need help with:
1- Is there an automated way to do the number and % within the same
label?
2- If not, then if I break the link to all data (for numbers and %s),
how can i have the %s coverted to a text box instead of an image?
Thanks,
Karim
