Powerpoint broadcasting error on audience machines

audience computers go to the 'lobby' and wait
they get an error "failed to load Netshow File Transfer Control"

When the broadcast starts, they do not get redirected. I can manually load
'event.htm' and the broadcast seems to come through ok audio and video work
but have to be manually started.

This is PPT 2000 running on 98 (had to load Media Tools because NetShow
didn't work at all), using a server running Server 2000 and Windows Media
Services.
I'm wondering if this is a problem with the broadcasting machine, with the
server or with the clients?

Thanks for the reply, I actually worked out to some degree how to change the
format, it involves editing the actual base html files that powerpoint uses
to create the broadcast presentation. You only have to edit them once and
then they act as the new template.
