This is very strange, and I've not had much luck turning anything up on it.
Usually I'd think an Active X Forms control had been added, but if it
happens when you open PPT, then that would indicate such a control had been
added to the default blank.pot file. I guess that's possible, but it sure
seems odd.
However, see this FAQ: "Could not load an object" or "some controls on this
presentation cant be activated" messages
http://www.pptfaq.com/FAQ00749.htm
Also, you might try right-clickiing a template in the Slide Design task pane
and choosing "use for all new presentations." That will replace your
existing blank.pot. If that cures it, you can just delete blank.pot and
create a new one. Create a default "blank" presentation with your own
defaults

Only when I first open PPT. I am currently using MS Office 2003 Pro.

Does this happen when you open a file in PPT, or does it happen when you
just open PPT to a new blank presentation?
Also, which version of PPT are you using?

Every time I open PowerPoint a message pops up stating:
Microsoft Forms could not load an object because it is not available on
the
machin.
What is causing this problem.
