I've developed a slide show and talk document in
PowerPoint 2000. The show has music from a CD for the
first 17 slides automatically. The presenter then talks
and uses the same show clicking as they proceed. The last
9 slides of this same show then are shown, automatically,
using another CD music selection. This works fine on
Windows 98. When I loaded the program onto a Dell laptop
with Windows XP everything worked fine until the second
section with the CD music. The music starts on cue and
the pictures begin to change but then everything just
stops. This does not happen on either my desktop computer
or my notebook computer equipped with Windows 98. Any
comments on this?
