PowerPoint DVD Movie

I am working on a digital photo album using PowerPoint. I would like to save
the album to a DVD and run it on a DVD player to project on a TV. Is this
possible? What format would it have to be saved in?

You will need a DVD burner to make a DVD disc.
If you have a burner, it will be supplied with applications to make DVD
picture shows (as well as video and data).

I advise you to stop using PowerPoint for your photo album for DVD and use
the free software supplied, the results will be excellent. When you want an
album to be viewed on a computer, then use PowerPoint.

There are applications out there that say they convert Powerpoint to DVD.
But if you are lucky and get them to work the picture quality is very poor.

I'm with you all the way, Max! Movie Maker (free for Windows XP) is also an
excellent solution for photo albums. Heck, you can even use footage from your
camcorder.
