Powerpoint Error when trying to print

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

I am trying to print documents from Powerpoint and an error message comes up saying I need to set a printer in the print center. I only have issues with Powerpoint 2008 - all other software in 2008 have been problem free thus far. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Not all programs call the same OS X print services so it isn't necessarily a
problem with PPt itself. Printing problems are seldom the fault of the
originating application. Since the web UI doesn't prompt you for complete
info the first suggestions for any printing problem are:

1- Check the mfr's site for an updated printer driver for your model,

2- Make sure OS X is fully updated (10.5.6),

3- Make sure Office is fully updated (12.1.5),

4- Repair disk permissions & restart your Mac.

If the problem continues please supply as much additional detail as you can,
but apparently the OS and/or your printer aren't responding to the call :)
