Powerpoint Features from 2004 for Mac

New to my iMac...I had previously used a feature on my PC with Office
XP to add multiple jpegs to powerpoint, all at one time, creating a
slide show. Jpegs formatted automatically to the slides directly from
a file. Is this feature available on Powerpoint 2004 for Mac? I can't
seem to find it, or get an error message that the file is corrupt, in
use, or cannot be used by powerpoint. Any suggestions?
