PowerPoint functions 2003 to 98

We are creating a for-sale PowerPoint project. That project needs to include
functionality available in Windows 2003, but needs to be viewable in 98. Some
of the functions include: "credits" (scrolling of text); keying of text so
letters show up at a certain speed; etc. However, when we save the 03 version
as a show or presentation, these functions do not view in 98. Any way to make
this happen?

Not if you use features available in only the newer versions. (If the old
versions did everything the new version does, no one would ever upgrade.
