Since you are using Outlook Express, then it's easy for you to select
one of the many that are available. Right mouse click on the server
name you are currently using, then "subscribe". Search the list for
"powerpoint". There are many different ones available, in many
languages. Pick the one most relevant to you.

If using Outlook Express, in folders view
click msnews.microsoft.com
in the next page click Newsgoups
search the list for powerpoint
and then select and subscribe to the
one listed above.
