Powerpoint hyperlinks

Can a hyperlink to a specific file be made so no matter what drive the file
is on it will link to it. For example, I am using a ppt presentation from a
CD and on my computer that is the "e" drive and then I take that CD to
another computer where the CD player is the "f" drive, can I get the link to
know it is still on the CD?

Use the publish to CD feature

It should take care of making the paths relative to the CD and (in most
cases) include the linked files.
