I'm not sure I ever posted this link, but I have written a PowerPoint Indexing program in
MFC using the automation interfaces. The folks here in the VBA newsgroup were very
helpful in giving me the VBA code which I then translated into automation calls.

This is a free, open-source implementation which anyone is free to use. It produces HTML
files as output.
