PowerPoint Link on webpage opens in Quickview NOT PowerPoint

I am trying to disable quickview from opening this file. I want the file to
open in Powerpoint and NOT Quickview.

How can I do this? I have tried all the preferences and it doesn't seem to
work.

Have you tried changing the file association for PPT and PPS files?

1. Open the control panel

2. Select Folder Options

3. Select the File Types tab

4. Select PPS in the list - if it doesn't say that it opens with
PowerPoint, click Change and select PowerPoint

5. Do the same for PPT
