Powerpoint locks up when you try to save a file using the save as

It is fine when you just "save" it but when you click on "save as" it locks
up and you never get control back. Have to end the powerpoint task.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you downloaded all the available updates for PowerPoint and Office?

Downloaded spybot and ran it. Problem fixed.
