Powerpoint new animation effect in italian version

In powerpoint 2003 the transition "fade smoothly" is missing like all new
animation effect in ITALIAN version of PPT 2003.
And new animation effect are not disabled.
Why??

Check the Tools--> Options--> edit tab. At the bottom are three options that
turn off the new features. Make sure tehy are unchecked. Do the new
animations and the fade smoothly show then?

Thanks for your replay.

All three options are off but all the new features are disabled in PPT 2003
italian language.
I have an english version of Powerpoint 2003 and all the new features work
well.

This is strange but true.
Same problem this Powerpoint 2002 (XP) italian version but not in english
version.

In italian Powerpoint Forum nobody replies to this question.
