PowerPoint Notes

I would like to view all of the notes I'm creating in a PowerPoint
presentation in a collective document or screen. In that format, I can
quickly edit and revise the script. Is that possible or is there a "help"
document available?

Maybe I don't understand what you mean by "collective document or screen,"
but try "View Notes" to see your notes in a format that's easier to deal with.
You might format this view via "view, Master, notes." In particular, I
usually
resize the inset view of the slide to make it big enough to see, but not so
big that it takes up half the screen. You can also resize the text box so
that you have a "full page" of typing space.
Of course you can always print out these notes. I'll suggest printing in
"pure black and white" to make it easier to read the slide part.
That has always been enough features for me.
