Powerpoint OSX Toggle or Switch

I've seen the PC users toggle between the libe Powerpoint
application and a Web Browser or other running
applications by pressing some special keys to bring up a
menu to select a running application to switch to.

Can we do this on Powerpoint for Mac or on MacOSX?

The old Alt-Tab toggles between any running apps on a Windows PC
I'm not sure if the mac has this function

Perhaps try posting this question in the mac powerpoint group

On the Mac, you switch between applications using the keystroke
Command-Tab. OS X 10.3 "Panther" <http://www.apple.com/macosx/> will
have an enhanced "heads-up" application switcher.

Have you found that Command-Tab works a bit unpredictably? Doesn't seem to
work with all apps here.
