PowerPoint pages are blank

When I go to my Psychology sessions on-line and go into the powerpoints, they
open up for me but sometimes the chapter outlines are there and sometimes
they are not. Please, please, please will someone give me some possible
answers to what is going on. Thank You.

These powerpoints were created by my psychology teacher and I am just
viewing. He calls them chapter outlines.
