Hi - I give lectures and use Outline view to structure my talks. They have formatting built in with different fonts for different levels of outline so that I can glance down and quickly see where I'm at and what's imporant.
I upgraded from Office 2019 to Office 2021. These talks display fine on my screen. HOWEVER, when I print them as I would usually do (either to a printer or to a PDF file), all the fonts/text formatting/size etc are lost and the outline is printed in Times Roman.
Please help! I need to be able to preserve the fonts/formatting so I can talk from them.
