It depends. If you have a poster printer, simply set a custom page size,
create your slide and send it to the printer.
If you need to print to separate pages and then tape them together, you'll
have to divide the design on the slides and print the pages then tape them
together.
If you don't have the poster printer you're probably better off using
Publisher which will automatically divide and print the pages for you.
