powerpoint presentation won't print

Hello all,

We have a Powerpoint 2000 and we have a document that will not print. We
have tried on many different network printers and each time the the
printer(s) respond with BUSY. We must clear the printers buffer before it
will allow other print jobs. Other PP presentations print fine. We believe
that the file is corrupt somehow but other than this issue is perfect. Please
advise and thank you in advance!

Are there any gradients or transparent images in the file?

You might try printing each slide one at a time until you find the problem
slide. Then you may need to recreate that slide -- or try cutting any
problem images and using Edit/Paste Special/PNG to place them back on the
slide. Oh, and it could be a problem with images hanging off the edge of a
slide -- that sometimes causes oddball printing issues as well. Use the crop
tool on the Picture toolbar to crop the extra edge off the image.
