PowerPoint Presentations

I would like to go to a higher level with my powerpoint
presentations. I use a lot of the microsoft templates but
would like to be more creative in my backgrounds and
clipart/graphics, etc. Can someone recommend a good
product to purchase that would allow me to create even
more professional presentations as well as more "jazzy -
fun" presentations (I do some for our local speedway for
race car fans)? There are thousands of products out
there - I have no idea what the best might be and it might
even be that microsoft has such packages but I just don't
know. I look forward to hearing from someone. Thank you
for your help.
