powerpoint printing

Does anyone know how to get powerpoint slides to print 4
to a page so that the 4 separet slides use the entire 8.5
by 11 page size. I can print them smaller in handouts
but they are harder to read. Is there an adjustment to
the slides, notes pages, or something else so that the 4
slides can be printed on one page and be larger.

Nathan,
Chances are pretty good that you aren't going to be able to print edge to
edge, since most printers don't. However, to come as close as possible,
there are a few things you can try:
1) If your printer will put multiple pages on one sheet (most laser printers
will let you do this), that will get you closer. Set the print options to
print one slide per page, then set the PRINTER options to print four pages
on one.
2) Send the presentation to Word and adjust the sizing there.
3) Check out Shyam's Handout Wizard, URL: http://www.mvps.org/skp/how

This is a slow, laborious method but I believe you could trying printing
them onto 11 x 17 paper (if you have a larger format printer) and then trim
off the excess white margins.
