Powerpoint prints pure black slides

Hi -

When I print anythign out in PowerPoint, I get a fully black 8.5x11 piece of
paper. I had this problem once before, and the answer was a simple option
however I can't remember what it is.

Is anyone familiar with this problem?

View/Black and White, right-click the objects on your slide and choose B/W
Settings. Maybe?

Without knowing more about your presentation, it's hard to say.

I don't know what version of PP you're running, but in 2003, you resolve this
issue by selecting File:print, then at the bottom left of the dialog box,
there is a Color/grayscale: drop-down list. Select either color or (on a
black and white printer) grayscale. This will use gray gradient fills to
recreate your slides. Also, you can select this even on a color printer if
you are printing out a draft copy and don't want to waste color ink.
