Powerpoint Producer 2003 - Adding Logo with Left TOC area

I'm trying to work out how to add a corporate logo the the top of the left
TOC area.

I'm using the Standard Audio - Resizable Slides & HTML template

I've tried to amend the 'audio slides html toc resize2.css' file to move the
Media Player Controls and TOC down but

1) Media Player only momentarily moves to new position and then reverts back
at the top
2) Unable to find where to move the TOC down
3) Unable to locate where to edit to insert Logo

Appreciate any help.
