Go to Start > Control Panel > Regional and Language Options and click on
Customize to change the measurement system to U.S.

Nevermind...I got it.

Go to Ctrl Panel: Regional and Language Options and become Canadian.

It should be a choice under Tools: Options in each of the Microsoft Office
programs.
