Powerpoint should allow keyboard typing in slideshow mode

Powerpoint should allow us to type from the keyboard in slideshow mode.
Writing with the little pencil using a mouse is not cvery efficient.

What is it you are trying to type during Slide Show Mode? You can
right-click and select Speaker Notes and a dialog box will appear where you
can type anything you want relating to that slide. You could also insert
textboxes from the Control Toolbox that will allow you to type during Slide
Show Mode (even take that data and use it on other slides via VBA).

Please expound on what you are wanting to be able to do and we might offer
more assistance.

Open PowerPoint, right-click the toolbar area and click "Control Toolbox".
Click the "Textbox" control (AB) and click and drag a textbox on your slide.
Go into Slide Show Mode, click inside the textbox and type away.
