Powerpoint should use relative addresses (not absolute) for sound and video
files as when we transfer our ppt file to another computer we have to rebuild
all the links to such files.

If you put all of your sound and video files in the same folder as your
PowerPoint presentation before you insert them, they will not have to be
rebuilt. All you do is move all associated files together (CD, zipped,
etc.) and everything will still work.
