Powerpoint should use relative addresses (not absolute) for sound.

Powerpoint should use relative addresses (instead of absolute addresses) for
the sound and video files we insert into our presentations as when we
transfer our ppt files to another computer, we have to rebuild all the links
to such files, which is both time-consuming and impractical.
