Somebody recently resetted my PowerPoint to not display the Startup Dialog
Box. How can I reactivate it?

Go to Tools/Options/View and check "startup taskpane."

This is the Task pane to the right after u open PP. I'm looking for the
options dialog box when PP starts, asking you what u would like to do...
