PowerPoint upgrade

I just found out that my Office XP Small Business doesn't have PowerPoint.
Do I have to buy the full version of PowerPoint or can I buy the upgrade
version?

Office XP Small Business is a qualifying product for upgrade pricing for
Powerpoint 2003.
